Mom thinks that all the good things are finally happening now that we're leaving. For example, a branch of the Naked Chocolate Cafe is opening across mom's work. I don't care for chocolate much, but mom is a somewhat of an addict. If you ask me, maybe it's a good thing that we're leaving now...
