Shit everywhere

Things are already grim. My colitis flare up that started during the trip is still not over. Today I made a mess while mom was at the hairdresser's. I soiled even the rugs. Mom's friend M. is very upset and I can't blame her. Mom is desperate right now. She bought more medication for me and some bones, hoping that it will help me a bit. She doesn't know what else to do. She wants to go visit her grandmother but even for that she needs to borrow M.'s car, and with my situation even that is a risk. I hate being so much trouble, but I can't help myself!
