Last Saturday, Liz and Svetlo invited mom to a little gig of theirs at club Naylona. If you know mom, you must know that she's not exactly a 'club' person. So she got a little nervous, expecting some horrible techno place with loud music and 19-year-olds. Well, Club Nylona is everything but such a place. A low-key, "underground" bar, with rugged furniture and decor, and people of all ages and backgrounds. Mom felt at home (whatever that means).

Latin jazz!
...just because I had to add something brighter to this blog, after the police station experience...

And the performance? Oh my! Smooth, latin jazz, real music to mom's ears! To get an idea, you may check out this video. It certainly does NOT do them justice, but it's all we could find. If you ever get a chance, don't miss the Svetlo Stoilov Group and Friends!
